How the information is used
Information submitted through the contact form or project brief is stored so we can reply, review work requests, send status updates, and keep a record of the submission. Notification emails may be delivered to the configured project inboxes and to the sender.
Uploaded documents are kept only as long as needed for the project or retention policy in effect. When retention rules apply, records may be archived or removed according to the configured cleanup schedule.
