1. Project brief review

When you submit a project brief, we may use AI-assisted tools to help classify the project type, suggest effort estimates, identify scope items, or summarise the brief for internal routing. The brief content, including any uploaded file descriptions, may be sent to an AI provider for this purpose.

You can opt out of AI-assisted review on the project brief form. If you opt out, all review will be done manually by the Logos Testrics team.

What data enters AI: Your name, project description, timeline, budget range, and any text you submit. We do not send raw uploaded files to AI providers unless you have opted in and the project scope requires it.

2. Contact inquiry routing

Submitted contact form messages may be reviewed using AI-assisted tools to help categorise the inquiry and route it to the correct team member. The message, your name, and your email are the data involved.

What data enters AI: Your message, name, and email address.

3. Document analysis (optional, per project)

For clients who have agreed in writing, Logos Testrics may use AI-assisted tools to process documents, code, or data provided during a project engagement. This is governed by the project agreement and is not activated by default from the website.

4. AI providers we use

We use AI service providers who agree to process data in compliance with applicable data protection law and who commit to DPA and SCCs where required for international transfers. We review provider terms before engaging them. See our Subprocessors page for our current vendor list.

5. What AI providers do not do

Based on the contractual commitments we hold from our AI providers:

• They do not use your data to train their public foundation models without consent.
• They do not retain your prompts beyond the scope specified in our agreement.
• They do not share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

We verify these commitments before using a provider for any processing that involves personal data. If a provider changes its terms, we review the impact and update this notice accordingly.

6. Human review

AI-assisted outputs are not used to make final decisions about you without human review. A Logos Testrics team member reviews the output before taking any action. You may request human-only review at any time by emailing privacy@logostestrics.com.

7. How to opt out

On the project brief form, you will see an AI processing consent option. If you do not select it, AI tools will not be used to process your brief. For contact inquiries, AI-assisted routing may be used by default to ensure fast response. You may request manual-only handling by stating this in your message or by emailing us directly.

8. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if we change the AI tools we use, the data they process, or the purposes for which they are used. Material changes will be notified to active clients and posted on this page.
